Returns & Exchanges are only for manufactory fault. Strictly no size exchange as each product is given with a measurement chart for reference.
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, after 14 days since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Cancellation request can be made only when order still in processing status. If your order status is “Shipment in process”, it means your order has been processed in our warehouse and it’s unfortunately too late to cancel it.
